Content guidelines

Tinbo is for wallpapers: images that look good behind the icons on a desktop or phone. Every upload is checked by a person before it goes public, and these are the rules they check against.

Safe for work

Most wallpapers: landscapes, space, abstract, art, games and anything you'd happily show on a screen at work.

NSFW: allowed, but mark it

Fine to share, but not something you'd want on your screen at the office. Mark these as NSFW when you upload. They're hidden from everyone who hasn't turned on NSFW in their settings (which is only for people 18 and over).

• Artistic nudity: classical art, figure studies, tasteful photography, with no sexual activity.
• Suggestive images: lingerie, swimwear, pin-up and boudoir styles.
• Horror and dark themes: blood, creepy or disturbing imagery, mild gore.
• Other mature themes, like drug references or non-graphic violence.

Not sure? Mark it NSFW. A moderator can change it; an unmarked NSFW upload will be declined.

Not allowed, even marked NSFW

• Explicit sexual content: sexual acts, visible arousal or pornography, including drawn, anime and AI-generated images.
• Anything sexualising minors, or characters who look like minors, in any style and whatever age they're said to be. Accounts sharing it are banned and may be reported to the police.
• Real people without their consent: nude or sexual images of real people, including AI fakes and edited celebrity photos.
• Extreme gore: real death, injury or animal cruelty, and anything made just to shock.
• Sexual violence or non-consent, drawn or not.
• Hate: hate symbols, or content attacking people for who they are.
• Anything else that's illegal.

Also check before you upload

• It's yours to share. Your own work, or art you have the right to share, with the artist credited. No watermarks or signatures of other creators.
• Made with AI? Mark it as AI-generated.
• It's a wallpaper. At least 1920×1080 (or 1080×1920 for phones), without text overlays, memes or screenshots.

What happens if something breaks these rules

Uploads that break them are declined, and published ones are taken down, with the reason sent to the uploader. Repeated or serious breaks can lead to strikes, a pause on uploading, or a ban. If you see something that breaks these rules, use Report on it. See the terms for the full rules of the site.
