These terms apply when you use Tinbo, which is run by Tinbo. By creating an account or uploading, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Your account

• You need to be at least 13, and at least 18 to view NSFW content.
• Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate others.

What you can upload

• Only images you made, or that you have the right to share. Credit the artist and source when it isn't your own work.
• Mark NSFW wallpapers as NSFW, and wallpapers generated with AI as made with AI.
• No illegal content, hate, harassment, or sexual content involving minors, ever.
• Every upload is reviewed before it goes public. Moderators can decline, edit the details of, or remove any upload, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

Who owns what

You keep the rights to what you upload. By uploading, you allow Tinbo to store it, make resized copies, show it on the site and let visitors download it for personal use, for as long as it's on Tinbo. Deleting a wallpaper or your account ends this; copies may linger briefly in caches.

Wallpapers here are for personal use as backgrounds on your own devices. The rights stay with their creators: ask them before using a wallpaper for anything else, such as selling it or using it commercially.

Copyright complaints

If something here is yours and was shared without permission, use Report → Copyright on the wallpaper, or contact [email protected]. We remove infringing wallpapers, can block the same image from being uploaded again, and ban accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Being a good neighbour

• Be kind in comments. No spam, harassment or advertising.
• Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site. Actions are rate limited to keep things fair.
• Report anything that breaks these rules; moderators review every report. See our privacy page for how reports and moderation records are handled.

No guarantees

Tinbo is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and the content safe, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
